Chettinad mushroom gravy recipe

Hi friends, Today's special is chettinad mushroom gravy. Its spicy curry tastes great with both rice and roti. I made this last night dinner with phulka.

I used button mushroom. You can use any varieties. I always prefer button mushroom because it gets cooked in few minutes also tastes great. I didn't add water for this gravy mushroom itself leave water. If you want dry gravy, don't add more water while grinding masala also reduce tomatoes.

Hope you'll love it and give it a try also don't forget to share your experience with me. Feel free to comment.
