This coffee does not contain milk so every one can drink this coffee. This can be done with in few minutes. In my house we usually do this in winter seasons its soothes our body and prevents from cold and cough. As it contains ginger it helps in digestion. You can have this after a big evening snack.
Ingredients:
1) dried ginger - small piece
2) coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
3) water - 3 cups
4) jaggery - to taste
Preparation method:
* crush coriander seeds and dried ginger in a mortar and pestle.
* Crush it coarsely.
* In a sauce pan add crushed spices and water with jaggery.
* Boil everything together till water reduces up to 1 cup
* Strain it and serve.
Note:-
* you can substitute sweetener with palm jaggery or palm candy.
* Don't add milk, it will curdle.
