- 1 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric

- 2 tablespoons milk
- Maple syrup to taste
Bring water to boil with turmeric and ginger, turn down heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in milk and maple to taste, serve.
Turmeric lemon tea
This one is sweet and tangy with a swift gentle kick from the cayenne.
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger cayenne *honey to taste
Combine lemon juice, turmeric, ginger and cayenne in a mug, top with boiling water and sweeten to taste with honey.
Warm turmeric milk

- 2 cups of almond or hemp milk
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric

- 1 piece star anise
- Maple syrup to taste
Combine all ingredients except maple syrup in a small saucepan on low heat, stir and cook until warm. Sweeten to taste with maple.

- 3 cups coconut water
- 1/2 cup fresh ginger slices

- 2 teaspoons honey
- Cayenne pepper to taste
Combine ingredients in a sealable container, shake well, refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled.

- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 1/2 teaspoons ground turmeric
- Lemon
