Amla is rich in vitaminC,antioxidants. Amla boosts immune system. It helps to relieve constipation. It helps to prevent cold and cough. It regulates blood sugar. It helps to improve eyesight, hairgrowth, glowing skin, etc.

Amla is a fruit which is packed with lots and lots of nutrients and benefits. Though its nutritious, kids don't like to eat amla as it is. So I made this amla candy for my daughter and she loves it a lot and having this daily. It doesn't contain any preservatives and need only 2 ingredients.
