This is my 100th post!!! First of all I want to thank all of you to make this blog to reach a small milestone. Special thanks to my family and friends without your support I couldn't do this.
I thought to share my happiness by conducting small giveaway contest to all my lovely viewers. Though I was in a mood of conducting this contest,I am in great dilemma to decide what to give as prize. Now I came to a conclusion to give Measuring cups and spoons set because this helps many beginners and almost all recipes you're surfing in internet,authors will mention measurements in cups and spoons. Also its useful for baking.
Why I thought to give Measuring cups and spoons as prize? Its because when I was beginner I don't have measuring cups and spoons I used to cook with guessing,sometimes it was hit and many times flops. Then I bought Measuring cups and spoons after that almost everything came out well. So everyone should have this to be a great chef.

When does the contest end? What are the prizes?who are all can participate in this contest?
Last date to participate for this contest is 15,March2017. Winners will be announced on 16th March (My mom's birthday). 3sets of Measuring cups and spoons for 3 lucky winners selected randomly. Also few surprise gifts are waiting for you. Once the winners are announced you have to mail me your details for shipping. Shipping only for Indian residence. Overseas viewers can also enter but make sure you have an Indian address to ship these prizes.
Coming to today's recipe,healthy whole-wheat banana cupcakes with dry fruits. My daughter loved it a lot. I added organic jaggery powder as sweetener and replaced all purpose flour with whole-wheat flour so cupcakes turned dark brown though texture and taste was really awesome.

Ingredients:
- Banana 2long variety or 5small variety
- Whole wheat flour 3/4cup
- Mixed dryfruits 1/4cup(use any dryfruits)
- Organic jaggery powder 1/2cup
- Cooking oil 1/4cup
- Baking powder 1/2teaspoon
- Baking soda 1/2teaspoon
- Vanilla essence 1/2teaspoon
Method:
Preheat pressure cooker for 10minutes in high flame.click here for more details.
In a mixing bowl,peel and mash the bananas really well. I got around 1cup of mashed bananas. Add in oil,vanilla essence,jaggery powder and mix it well.
In another mixing bowl,take whole wheat flour,baking powder,baking soda and mix it well.
Now add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix it well and add in dry fruits. Mix it well.
As I am baking this in cooker,I am going to use paper cups for baking purpose. Please take a look in stepwise pictures to clear your doubts.
Place cupcake liners in paper cups and spoon the batter in and add few chopped almonds as a topping. Place the cups in baking pan and bake this in preheated cooker.
Allow it to cool. Enjoy healthy muffins with your kids.

- Original recipe calls for all purpose flour,sugar as sweetener.
- If you are using sugar,then add in 6 tablespoons of sugar.
- As measurement of mashed bananas is approximate,you can add a tablespoon of milk to adjust the consistency of the batter.
- You can add any dryfruits to this recipe. I added almonds,raisins and sultanas.
