I love watermelon very much. Whenever watermelon season arrives used to buy lots and lots of watermelon to refresh from hot summer.

Ingredients:
Watermelon 5cups chopped roughly
Sugar 1/3cup(use sugar level according to the taste of watermelon)
Water 2/3cup
Icecubes as needed
Method:
Take sugar and water in a saucepan and heat it till sugar melts. No need any string consistency.
Chop watermelon roughly. Take this in a bowl or airtight container. Add sugar syrup to it. Close the lid and refrigerate it for atleast 2hours.
Juices from watermelon will ooze out and the juice tastes just awesome.
Serve chilled.

Once sugar gets melted completely,switch off the flame and allow it to cool.
