Sindhuraj     08:39:00     baby recipes, biscuits, wheat flour     No comments

Hi friends, I made this teething biscuit for my daughter so thought to share this here all moms can do their own teething biscuit for their kids.

As I already posted few recipes using pressure cooker baking. This also made in pressure cooker.

I used to do this often for my daughter as she loves it a lot. Also she demands me to do it. So happy to share this recipe here.

Hope you love it and give it a try also don't forget to share your experience with me.

Preparation time:5minutes
Cooking time:25minutes
Makes:12 big biscuits

Ingredients:

Whole wheat flour 1cup
Palm sugar candy/panagarkandu 1/4cup
Ghee 1/4cup
Milk 3tablespoon

Method:

Preheat pressure cooker for 10 minutes in high flame.(for more details click here)
Take rock sugar candy in a mixer and powder it.
In a mixing bowl add in powdered rock sugar candy.
Add in wheat flour and add in melted ghee   mix it well it resembles coarse crumble.
Add in milk to form a dough.
Roll it out thin on countertop. Cut it into desired shape. Bake this in pressure cooker till it turns dark brown.
Give it to your kids. Before that don't forget to taste it.

Stepwise pictures:

Preheat the pressure cooker in high flame for 10minutes.(for more details click here)

Take panagarkandu/palm sugar candy in a mixer jar

Powder it.

Measure 1/4cup of powdered palm sugar candy and add this in mixing bowl.

Add in wheat flour.

Mix it well.

Measure 1/4cup ghee.

Melt it in small pan.

Add in melted ghee.

Mix it well,it resembles coarse crumble.

Add in milk.

Mix it well to form a dough similar to chapati dough.

Roll it out on clean countertop.

Cut it into your desired shapes. As I am doing this for my daughter I have used many shapes.

Or you can cut the edges.

Now cut it to your desired size as regular biscuits. I made big biscuits as kids can have it easily.

Place this in greased pan/plate.

Bake this for 20 minutes or till you achieve dark brown color.

Give a great snack to your kid.

Stay tuned for upcoming recipes. Bye bye.
