Hi friends sesame ladoos are health packed snacks. As both sesame seeds and jaggery are very healthy contains lots of nutrients in it. Its not a traditional way but an easy method. I'll share traditional recipe soon.
I had made this ladoos 2days back but I was in a dilemma whether I can post it as baby food or for adults because my daughter love to have it.
So I started surfing through net for lots of time that whether it is good for babies or not. Now came to the conclusion you can give to your kids above 1year also few kids may have allergies for sesame seeds. For more details about sesame seeds check my notes below.

Ingredients:
Sesame seeds 1cup(I used black,you can use any variety)
Powdered organic jaggery 1/4cup
Cardamom 1(optional)
Powdered organic jaggery 1/4cup
Cardamom 1(optional)
Method:
Dry roast sesame seeds in a kadai till it leaves nice aroma.
Remove it to plate and allow it to cool.
Blend cooled sesame seeds till it starts leaving oil.
Add in jaggery, cardamom and blend it once for even mixing.
Take this in mixing bowl and shape them into ladoos.
Have a healthy snack.

In a kadai,dry roast sesame seeds in low flame till it starts to leave nice aroma.
Remove it to plate and allow it to cool.
Take this in a blender.
Blend it to powder.
Have a great evening snacks.
Notes:
- Sesame seeds cause allergies for few kids so better introduce it after completion of 1 year.
- Always consult your paediatric before introducing any new foods for your baby.
- Sesame is rich in iron,calcium,copper also protein.
