Sesame ladoos/Ellu urundai

Sindhuraj     14:42:00     jaggery, sesame seeds, snacks     No comments

Hi friends sesame ladoos are health packed snacks. As both sesame seeds and jaggery are very healthy contains lots of nutrients in it. Its not a traditional way but an easy method. I'll share traditional recipe soon.
I had made this ladoos 2days back but I was in a dilemma whether I can post it as baby food or for adults because my daughter love to have it.

So I started surfing through net for lots of time that whether it is good for babies or not. Now came to the conclusion you can give to your kids above 1year also few kids may have allergies for sesame seeds. For more details about sesame seeds check my notes below.

Hope you love it and give it a try also don't forget to share your experience with me.
