Paalkova
Hi friends another sweet for diwali... Paal kova tastes rich and yummy but you need lots of patience to make paalkova in traditional way you have stir it for hours.
But the final result will just awesome when you taste it.
I used cow's milk bought directly from farm so it doesn't contain a drop of water so tastes same as srivilliputhur paalkova.
Srivilliputhur is very famous for paalkova in tamilnadu.

I had made this ladoos 2days back but I was in a dilemma whether I can post it as baby food or for adults because my daughter love to have it.

Hey guys I am here with my favourite recipe. During my childhood I used to buy this often. This seedai will be packed in thick plastic cover that you can't open it without scissors. Once I searched scissors and couldn't found it so used knife to cut open but atlast I injured my finger deeply and starts to bleed and leads to stitching in hospital. From that day I stopped buying it.
