Instant khoya/mawa using milk powder

Hi friends I was too lazy to post recipes these days because I don't have time to post as diwali is next made lots of sweets and savoury items. Not for only my family made a very big batch.

Though I wanna share my recipes. Tomorrow is diwali so if you didn't start cooking here is your life saver. Instant khoya/mawa you can do this within a minutes.

Easy right?? Also needs only 3ingredients.
Sounds cool for all who were in search of short cut method. I also cooked traditional method which I'll post today.

Today I am going to share many recipes so don't miss it. Hope you love it and give it a try also don't forget to share your experience with me.

Preparation time:2minutes.
Cooking time:1minute.
Makes:1.5grated khoya/mawa


Ingredients:

Milk powder 1cup
Milk 1/4cup
Ghee 1tablespoon

Method:

In a mixing bowl,add in a cup of milk powder.
In a pan add in ghee and milk heat it up and pour it in mixing bowl.
Milk powder will absorb all the moisture.
At initial stage it looks like gooey. Once cooled or refrigerate it for 5-10minutes in airtight container.
You'll get instant khoya.

Stepwise pictures:

In a mixing bowl,add in a cup of milk powder.

Take ghee in a pan.

Add in milk.

Heat it up.

Add this to mixing bowl and mix well.


Milk powder will absorb all moisture.At initial stage it looks like gooey.

Once cooled or refrigerate it for 5-10minutes in airtight container. It will become a perfect khoya/mawa.
