Hi friends another sweet for diwali... Paal kova tastes rich and yummy but you need lots of patience to make paalkova in traditional way you have stir it for hours.
But the final result will just awesome when you taste it.
I used cow's milk bought directly from farm so it doesn't contain a drop of water so tastes same as srivilliputhur paalkova.
Hope you too love it and give it a try also don't forget to share your experience with me.

Ingredients:
Milk 1.25 litres(5cups approximately)
Sugar 1/3cup
Sugar 1/3cup
Method:
Boil milk in a heavy bottomed kadai.
Boil it in medium high flame and stir it often to avoid burning at the bottom.
It will reduce to half and color changes to pale.
You have to stir every now and then.
At one stage it will become thick and starts to leave its sides. Now add in sugar and mix well. Again it will become gooey and it will become a whole mass within few minutes.
Switch off the flame once it starts to leave its sides. Transfer to bowl.
