Sindhuraj     23:35:00     deep fried goodies, snacks, thattai, thattu vadai     No comments

Thatti is quite popular dish around south India. One of my favourite savoury snack. I made this for krishna jayanthi and forget to share here so posting it as diwali snack.

I used to buy this as prasadham in temple during my childhood. Now I'm so glad that I had made it by my own.

Hope you will love it and give it a try also don't forget to share your experience with me.

In a mixing bowl, add in rice flour.
In a mixer jar,add in roasted gram, pepper and curry leaves. Grind it to coarse powder and add this to rice flour.

Make it as thin as possible else it won't be crispy.
