Simple vegetable friedrice recipe needs only few ingredients which can be done in few minutes. I served this along gobi 65 and tomato ketchup.

Ingredients:
Basmati rice 5cup cooked(2 1/4cup uncooked rice)
Carrot 1big chopped very finely
Capsicum 1/2chopped very finely
Cabbage 1.5cup shredded very finely
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Soy sauce 1tablespoon
Oil 4tablespoon

Method:
Cook basmati rice and set aside.
Heat oil in a wide pan,add in all the veggies and give a good stir till it gets partially cooked. Add in soy sauce,pepper powder,salt and mix it well. Add in cooked rice and mix of it till everything gets mixed evenly and serve hot.

Add in capsicum.
Add in shredded cabbage.
Saute it well till it gets partially cooked.
Add in a tablespoon of soya sauce.
Add in salt to taste.
Add in white pepper powder.
Add in cooked rice.
Give a good stir till everything gets mixed evenly.
Fried rice ready...!!!
Serve hot with any of your favourite dish.
Notes:
You can add any veggies like beans,peas also...even you can add scrambled eggs and name it as egg friedrice.
You can also add ajnomoto if you wish but I didn't added here.
You can also cook this with leftover rice too.
