Hey friends today's recipe is my favourite one. Not only for me my daughter also love it a lot. So i used to do this often.

This is very easy recipe it needs only four ingredients. Also anybody can give it a try because you don't need any oven for this I am doing this.

If I make this for my daughter I'll use whole-wheat flour as it's good for kids. You can use all purpose flour for adults as the original recipe calls all purpose flour.

Just give it a try and let me know your results.

Preparation time:10minutes.
Cooking time:15minutes.
Makes: 22cookies.

Ingredients:

  • Sugar 1/2cup
  • Ghee/butter 1/2cup
  • Maida/all purpose flour 6tablespoons

  4. Take sugar in a blender and powder it.
  5. Take oats powder, powder sugar and maida. Mix it well.
  6. Melt ghee or butter and add to it.
  7. Mix it well and make a soft dough.
  8. Roll it out and flattened it using your palm.
