Cauliflower fry/cauliflower 65

Hey I think all of you were fan of this fried goodies. Because all my friends and family members love it so hope you too.

There are so many brand instant mix available in market for this cauliflower 65 but I can challenge you none is better than homemade.
Coming to this recipe you'll get crispy crunchy snack suits to evening snacks as well.Hope you'll enjoy it.

Preparation time:10 minutes.
Cooking time:3-5 minutes for a batch.
Serves:3-4



Ingredients:

Cauliflower 3cups par boiled
Gram flour /kadalai maavu 1/2cup
Rice flour/arisi maavu 1/4cup
Corn flour 2tablespoon
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste 1tablespoon
Red chilli powder 1.5teaspoon(adjust according to your tastes buds)
Lime juice 1teaspoon or to taste
Baking powder 1/2teaspoon
Oil for deep frying

Method:

Take Parboiled cauliflower and spread it in  a big plate.
Add all the ingredients except oil.
Add little water and mix it well it should not be too thick or thin.
Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry it till it turns golden brown color.
Drain it in tissue paper or newspaper.
Serve it hot.

Take Parboiled cauliflower and spread it in  a big plate.

Now add in red chilli powder.

Add lemon juice.

                 
Add in gram flour.

                 
Now add rice flour to it.

                 
Add 2tablespoon of cornflour.

                
Add baking powder.

               
Finally add salt to taste.
               
Add little water and mix it well.

               
Deep fry it till it turns golden brown.

               
Drain it in tissue paper. Serve it hot.
