Ingredients:
Cauliflower 3cups par boiled
Gram flour /kadalai maavu 1/2cup
Rice flour/arisi maavu 1/4cup
Corn flour 2tablespoon
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste 1tablespoon
Red chilli powder 1.5teaspoon(adjust according to your tastes buds)
Lime juice 1teaspoon or to taste
Baking powder 1/2teaspoon
Oil for deep frying

Ginger garlic paste 1tablespoon
Red chilli powder 1.5teaspoon(adjust according to your tastes buds)
Lime juice 1teaspoon or to taste
Baking powder 1/2teaspoon

Method:
Take Parboiled cauliflower and spread it in a big plate.
Add all the ingredients except oil.
Add little water and mix it well it should not be too thick or thin.
Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry it till it turns golden brown color.
Drain it in tissue paper or newspaper.
Serve it hot.
