Ingredients:
Urad dal/uluntham paruppu 2cup

Method:
Dry roast urad dal in a kadai.
Dry roast it in a low flame till it turns golden brown.
Remove to a plate and allow it to cool.
Powder it in mixie.
Sieve it to get fine powder.
Store it in a airtight container.
