Urad dal powder/Ulundhu podi

Hey friends... This is festival time so all families will plan to do palagaram. Our South Indian snacks is main in those occasion.
                     
Recipes like muruku,thattai,seedai,etc need urad dal as a main ingredient so this post will be useful for beginners.

If you are in mood to make palagaram for this festive season then make a big batch of it and start to cook your favorite snacks and enjoy with your friends and families.
Hope you'll try it.
Ingredients:

Urad dal/uluntham paruppu 2cup

Method:

Dry roast urad dal in a kadai.
Dry roast it in a low flame till it turns golden brown.
Remove to a plate and allow it to cool.
Powder it in mixie.
Sieve it to get fine powder.
Store it in a airtight container.

Take it in a blender.

                  
Grind it to a powder.

                  
Sieve it well.

                    
Store it in airtight container.
