Remedies of basil leaves

The basil leaves is fragrant herbs which are used often for cooking purpose. Basil leaves and basil flowers contains many chemical compounds to prevent diseases and promote your health.
Basil leaves contains nutrition like vitamin A,C and K , as well as magnesium , copper and iron. All these nutrition are more useful for your overall health. Here I'm giving you some remedies.
Remedies:
* when suffering from fever, a decoction of the basil leaves boiled with powdered cardamom in one cup of water must be consumed several time a day to cure your fever and cold. The juice of basil leaves with little amount of water to bring down high temperature.
* To cure sore throat due to cough, eight basil leaves and five cloves to a cup of water and boil it for 10 mins and drink that in warm condition to cure your coughs and sore throat.
* To boost immune system, eat five fresh basil leaves daily , it is an production of infection - fighting antibodies.
* For stress buster, chewing 10-20 leaves of basil twice a day to prevent feeling stressed and developing stress - relayed disorders.
* To improve vision, drink fresh basil juice it is an effective remedy for sore eyes and night - blindness, the juice should be prepared with 100 grams of fresh basil leaves with a little amount of water you can also add salt or honey to taste.
* To prevent acne, apply the basil juice to the affected areas which helps to destroy the bacteria. The anti-inflammatory properties in fresh basil juice will reduce skin inflammation and provide relief . It also used to make your skin soft, supple and healthy.
