Weight loss remedies

More over in this generation people were eating more fat content foods. The modern culture also making many different kind of food which makes human body into fat body here I'm giving some weight loss remedies for you.
Remedies:
* Drink horse gram juice or soup every morning in empty stomach which makes human body to reduce unwanted fats.
* Cut the banana stem into small pieces and soak it into butter milk for two hours and make that to juicy then drink it in empty stomach at morning.
* Drink lots of water up to your capacity.
* Eat watermelon when ever you feels very hungry.
* Split your breakfast, lunch and dinner into 4 to 5 seson.
It helps you to reduce weight with in a month. It should be continued everyday to reduce your weight.
