Smoking is very injurious to health though it contains nicotine, its makes people to addictive. In my life also, cigarette has crossed at first remaining me as its very dangerous but even though my mind is not controlled so I tried that, after I started smoking I get addictive and my friend's also tried that, one day we decided that we can stop smoking immediately but we gets more addictive we can't able to stop the smoking and due to smoking I get more side effects. Then I decided to stop smoking with the help of ayurveda, but I increased my confident and belief more and more. After I tried lot of ayurveda tips which have been told at my village then after one month I have stopped smoking. So I will help for you to stop smoking with ayurveda helps. The single most very important factor for you to successfully quit smoking was the belief and confidence. Do it when you really decided to stop smoke.

* Drink plenty of water, better that water should kept in the container made up of copper which will scrapes away from toxic deposits

* Perform purification of nose at morning and night time.
* Take a 1 tbsp of triphala ( ayurveda formula of three species the are amala, bibhitaki, haritika) at every night before to bed.
* Take appropriate rasayanam every morning, the rasayanam is toning herbs include withania, asparagus, sida cordifolia, aralioideae. Which helps to detoxification.
During this process recommend some diet.
*Take vegetarian low fat diet to increase the quality of mind.
*Take fresh fruits when ever your mind blinks to smoke.
* If you feels often then chew gum or suck some cinnamon sticks.
* stay away from alcohol, sugar and coffee. Avoid fatty foods.
