Rava ladoos using ghee

Preparation time:5minutes
Cooking time:10minutes
Makes:nearly 15 ladoos
Ingredients:
Fine sooji/rava 1cup
Sugar 1/2cup+3tablespoon
Cardamom 2 pods
Ghee 2tablespoon
Milk 2 to 3tablespoon
Method:
Heat 2 tablespoon of ghee add cashews toast till golden. Set aside.
In same ghee add raisins till it bubbles up. Set aside.
In remaining ghee roast sooji in low medium flame for 5minutes.
Take this directly to mixing bowl else you can also blend it along sugar. I blend it for even mixing. If you take this directly to mixing bowl then powder the sugar separately and add it along sooji and give good mix. The choice is yours.
Take everything in a mixing bowl except milk.
Boil milk to hand bearable heat and add milk slowly once milk is added shape the ladoos quickly else milk dries up and you can't shape it.
If milk gets dried add  little milk and shape it again the remaining ladoos.

Stepwise pictures:

Heat 2tablespoon of ghee add in cashews and roast it till it turns golden. Set aside.

In the same ghee add raisins till it bubbles up. Set aside.

In the remaining ghee add sooji and roast it in low medium flame for 5minutes.

Take this in a blender.

Add in sugar.

Add in cardamom.

Blend it to coarse powder.

In a mixing bowl, add roasted cashews and raisins.

Add in powdered mixture.

Add in milk it slowly.(Use previously boiled milk and now just heat to hand bearable heat and add it)

Once milk is added shape the ladoos quickly else milk gets dried up.

If milk dried add little milk and again shape the remaining ladoos.

Have it within a couple of days.

Stay tuned for upcoming recipes. Bye bye
